One Year

It was one year ago today that two brave souls began the journey in our dirty garage.  Today we are in a space that has heat, and a bathroom. What a difference.

Our’s is a gym that is not about place, but about the workouts, the people, and the comradarie.  Thank you all for being part of our group  and our like minded community.

Go Kill your Coward.  We do every day.

Brave soul number one!

Tammy!

    HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!
There are so many of us that would not be anywhere close to having the strength we have today with out you guys, physically and mentally. I, for one, have Hypoxia to thank for that! The coward within doesn’t stand a snowball’s chance in Arizona!
    THANKS!

I for one could not have gotten even remotely close to where I am now on my own. The motivation that you pump us up with and the example of awesome physiques that are testiment to what you teach are the driving forces behind a KICKIN’ gym. Thanks for the PAIN and ADRENILIN! ~Q

What a great trip it’s been. Our one year is coming up soon too! We’ve learned lots about how to get fit quickly and efficiently. We’ve met many great folks we might have otherwise overlooked. I myself have learned a new respect for the local soccer moms. Maybe in the next couple years I’ll be able to keep up with some of them! And the guns these days.. they’re looking shiny!!! Thanks Alan and Tammy!

Hi. I haven’t spent much time on the hypox website but it really is great! La Vonne dragged me (somewhat reluctantly) to the garage maybe 9 months ago…. I almost cried every time for two months – I almost walked out every day – I was so embarrassed and so frustrated. Incremental changes – thank heaven. I daydream about the exercises all day every day – I cannot help it – I don’t think I could stop it. Visualization is a huge motivating factor.

Well, I better cut this off – thanks to all of you for the incredible support.

    Paul
