Good Times Had By All … Well, Almost All
Thanks to all who braved the sunshine and gorgeous weather to come down for today’s Open Gym. It was a great midday session with lots of fun to be had; except for Nick, who made up Fran … and we all know how “fun” Fran is.

Next time, Nick will know better than to “make up” a missed benchmark.

Goblet squats and rowing? Woo hoo!
