We have 5 weeks until the start of the CrossFit Open! Whoo hoo! The first workout will be released on February 22nd. Registration opens February 1st. The format will be similar as last year, with Masters categories of 45-49, 50-54, 55-59 and 60+. Some of us have moved into that category for the first time (yes, this is Faith talking. Got to use the age advantage whenever you can!).
So….let’s make a commitment as a group to work hard these next few weeks in preparation for what lies ahead. Focus on form. Focus on monitoring mid-workout rest periods. Focus on nutrition. I see a nutrition challenge headed our way…. Details coming soon.

We did this last Tuesday, and it’s time to give it another effort. If you accomplished all of your reps, then add weight. If you didn’t get it, give it another go and see if you learned something from your first attempt. We are guessing that you learned something.
21 reps for max weight, low bar back squat.
Get some. Go again.
