Post burpee monday

Today we will do 100 burpees for time.  Ha ha.  OK, not really.

Front squat 21 reps.  Pick a weight, can’t put bar down.  Compare to 1/6 and 1/30.  If you got all 21 before, add weight.  If you didn’t get all 21, try the same weight or go a little lighter, depending on how many you got and how you feel today.

After your front squats, 100 wipers.

A little note:  While doing some research this weekend, I watched a video on hydration from CF Endurance.  Did you know that if you are dehydrated by only 1% you have a 10%-12% decrease in performance?  That is huge!  I would venture to say that most of us here in our cold, high altitude climate are slightly dehydrated most of the time.  We should be drinking one ounce of water for every two pounds of body weight, so half our body weight in ounces.  And that does not include any extra water needed for additional activities.  This week try to closely monitor how much water you drink.  I think you will be surprised.
