Racing against one of your friends and desperately want to beat them?
Doing so is easy.

When you get up from your sit ups and move to the double unders, roll over to the side on which your friend is doing his/her sit ups. Then, user their shoulder as a base for pressing yourself up to a standing position. Hold it there, on their shoulder for a second, and then run to the jump ropes!
