With the first WOD of the CrossFit Open (13.1) upon us, we have one last warm up before tomorrow’s carnival. Fortunately, it was not all business … at least someone was having fun (see pic below) … too much fun, really.
Warm Up:
All Skate
Max Effort:
Barbell Row

Form first!
MetCon:
3x (15 minute cap)
20 Wall Balls 20 lb./14 lb.
40 Double Unders
20 American Kettle Bell Swings 1.5 pood/1 pood
20 Sit Ups
A great WOD to get ready for tomorrow’s fun! Even Aimee had a “blast”.
Rest up and hydrate well tonight and DO NOT MISS tomorrow. The Open is OUR time of year and it’s a blast. Really. It is. See you tomorrow for 13.1. WOO HOO!
