An absolute awesome video…of grit and sweat-filled grime/determination!!!! So glad you posted this!
Awesome Alan!!!!!
AWESOME vid!! Too cool to know that that video is a display of the ability of those that teach and work out beside (or way the hell in front of) ‘lil, ol’ me!! And what an honor it is to see that our “family” represented at this level!
By the way, sweet score on the girl bars!! About time!! 😉
Wow! wonderful…. did anyone collect the buckets of sweat to recycle or anything?
I keep thinking about doing “new” things to stay young – something I began thinking about in the ICU when I almost died in 2001…. few days ago was trying to think of something “new” to do, like bungee cord jumping or ultralight stuff – then this a.m. for workout, hard as this may seem to some of you, I did the first handstand I have ever done in my life – against the wall and with help from Alan and Faith, so maybe not real handstand and all that, but I never did anything like ALL of this in my youth…. what a misspent youth! So that is going to be my “new” stuff this next year or two and longer – learning and doing all that stuff I never got to do…. And someday I will attend a competition like you guys did in Denver! Yeah!
Thank you Alan and Faith and the rest of you.
Couldn’t help but cringe watching those girls tear their arms right out of their sockets trying to do a muscle up. Was there big pools of blood on the floor and arms left hanging from the rings?
of course not silly. They let go. No harm, no foul…just determination and grit.
