Rest Day

Rest days, sleep, hydration, and nutrition are important parts of your fitness and we don’t program most of this.  We aren’t there when you determine how you treat these parts of your training. 

During our training camp, rest is vital to your recovery, and recovery is part of your training. 

Get your rest. Make your recovery work for you so your time in the gym moves you forward more quickly.
