Rest Day

Holiday schedule: Thanksgiving day, we are having a pre-feast workout at 9am. Hope you all can make it. Friday, we are having the 6am and 8:15 class; no 5:30 class.

and see the science for  yourself.  Running less, at high intensity will make you faster.  The information is out there.  You can either keep your head down and keep doing what your doing, or stay current and look for a better way.

Part of what I love about CrossFit is that we are always looking to be better and find better ways.  Nothing is written in stone.  If we find better training methods, we research it and if it’s better, we adopt it.

We are a CrossFit Endurance Affiliate http://www.anaerobicendurance.com/.  Brian MacKenzie and Carl Borg have adopted and organized the best training methods for endurance athletes.  Less training, faster times, less injuries, and stronger.

And we have our own examples of this working.  Many of you already know, Tammy just finished a marathon and Bill just completed a 50 k, both with very non-traditional training.

So, whether you believe it or not, it doesn’t really matter.  The proof is in the results…and the science.  Better, faster, and stronger.
