Or Open Gym today. Make sure that you try our other classes this month. Open gym sessions, Olympic Lifting class, and on Saturday, February 23 at 9 am we have a yoga class with Maureen. Put this on your calendar now so you don’t miss it. It’s going to be fun, if, for no other reason, you can giggle at some of us who have less flexibility and balance than the rest of you.

Put it on your schedule now. Try all of the extra fun stuff.

Speaking of fun stuff, make sure you get your 50 Russian Kettlebell swings in at least 20 days this month in order to get your 1,000 swings in by the end of the month.
