Rest Day Thinkings

After finding an awesome, instructional image of the Olympic lifts on the interwebs today, I added a new page, Olympic Lifts (under About), to our site so we had a permanent spot for this neat poster.

However, it hit me that I should add a post about it, otherwise, you’d never know it was there!
