Schedule for the Week

It’s an abbreviated holiday week with Turkey Day upon us.

Monday is just as usual. 

Tuesday is a 6 am class only. 

Thursday we have a 9 am workout. 

So we’ll see you at the gym at these dates and times. 

Today, however…

Benchpress speed workout: 3×3 wide grip, 3×3 regular grip, 3×3 narrow grip. 

Then: accumulate 100 kettle bell swings of all varieties. These should not happen in sets of more than 15 as out focus is on form, form, and more form.
