Schedule Update – Summer 2013

The Classes & Fees page has been updated, as well as our box’s Google Calendar (also available on that page) for the Summer 2013 Season. Head over to that page to check out the details.

The Big News
A Monday morning Powerlifting class and a Thursday morning Olympic Weightlifting class have been added to our schedule. This puts Powerlifting back on the schedule and moves our Oly class from Monday evenings to Thursday mornings.

The Not-so-big News
The Wednesday open gyms have been scaled back for the summer since very few were attending. We will offer those on the first and second Wednesdays of the month for May and possibly June. Should attendance stay low, as it has since late-Spring, we may cancel them altogether until the Fall. However, Craig is willing to hold “impromptu” open gyms on Wednesdays around noon this summer.

So, regardless of whether or not a lunch-time Wednesday open gym is on the schedule or not, text Craig if you want to go do a WOD or lift during this time. Odds are, he’ll want to take a lunch break and get some work in.
