Second spring break and a look ahead

Here it is, boys and girls, the schedule this week. 

R-6, 7, and 8:15
Su-class is cancelled

We resume our regular class schedule next week and be prepared for more well planned entertainment for your fitness enjoyment. 

April and May are transitional in the mountains and our programming will reflect the same. In April, expect to see our workouts increase in volume and intensity. May, will have another training camp involving additional workouts for this interested. The goal of the additional workout volume and intensity is summer prep for cruising around the mountains. 

And we all love cruising around the mountains. Now is the time to think about your schedule, fitness and nutrition goals, summer fun activities, and of course, how you want to look naked.
