Can you fly? A few more found their wings yesterday. Check it out!

Warm up, three rounds:
10 squats with barbell
10 jumping squats
10 push ups

Then:

Box squat 2-2-2-2-2 at 70% of 1 rm
Back squat 3-3-3-3 at 60% of 1 rm
Deadlift 3-3-3 at 60 % of 1 rm
