Holy Somoa’s!

Warm up, two times, not for time:
10 push ups
10 pull ups
15 sit ups

Mobility:
Pain ball on your feet and hammies

Then:
Six rounds for time:
5 burpees
10 squats 185/125
15 box jumps 24/20
20 double unders…

…and if you’re feeling a little sparky, finish by rowing 1,500 meters.
