Snatch.  Work up to a 1 rep max.  Then:

Two sets of max reps, strict pull ups.  One set of max rep push ups.  Remember, a push up is chest to deck, arms locked out at the top, resting only in the plank position.  Otherwise, it is not a push up.

So when Rip is in town, what is better than seeing him help Porn Star with her snatch.
