So some of us are a little sore from the past few days of effort and playtime at the parkour seminar…..
The WOD:
30 ball cleans
30 knees to elbows
30 kb snatch
30 chest to bar pull ups
30 box jumps
30 spiderman pullups
For additional fun, row a 500 or 1000.
Today is the last day to register for the open. Enter your score and we will get it validated. Even though none of us are going to win the games, we are going to win against ourselves. Challenge yourself these next few weeks. It is fun to see where you stack up, but remember the person you are competing against is yourself!
Hey, I believe any body at our gym in Ouray that is going to the games can win and or place well. We run on little to no air, that gives us an advantage. Even though Im up here in the far North, I know the people at our gym are able and willing to crush both workout and the other competitors. Now go get some! You guys got this!
