Squat day … Sort Of

Things done got changed up today. Instead of the standard Hatch Cycle day, it was a half -Hatch and super-short MetCon.

However, I should warn you. I saw a quick Instagram video of Dave Castro today (head of programming for CrossFit HQ). He initially referred to 14.1 as “fun” and “enjoyable”. Then, he went on to add (paraphrased):
Now it’s time to get to work. This one won’t be fun or enjoyable.

This is not what you want to hear from Castro :).
