Squat-tember

That’s right! December is now Squat-tember. We are going to focus on our form and improve our ability to squat this month.

As fact, squatting better will give you better posture, make you stronger, make you wealthier, and make you better looking. These are only a few things that will improve with your squat, but among the most important.

You will be squatting or practicing your technique at every class this month. Embrace it and focus on the fundamentals and you will improve. You will get out of this what you put into it. Don’t focus and you will be ass whipped by this practice and you won’t improve. It’s your time to get better.
