Sunday at the Gym

Because Fall may be complete, we must be at the gym today, and we do it with much gusto. Especially since some of our evening class girls made it to their first Sunday workout. Woohoo, this was awesome!

400 double unders
200 leg levers
75 burpee box jumps
50 pull ups

More fun than human beings should be allowed to have in one day.
