We had an awesome turnout (I’m sure it was the craptacular weather) yesterday for a fun team workout.

A Chase
15 Minute AMRAP
Teams of 5 (can be any number)
1 Stone to Shoulder 119 lb./72 lb.
2 Box Jumps 32″/24″
3 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
4 Ring Dips
5 Goblet Squats 71 lb./52 lb.
6 Burpees
7 Wall Balls 20 lb./14 lb.
8 Knees to Elbows

To start, your team gets in a line. The first person (the rabbit) starts. One s/he finishes the first movement and moves to the second station (Stone to Shoulder is done and they’re at the boxes), the next person starts movement 1. The basic rule is you cannot move to the next station unless it is open (i.e., your teammate is done with it and moved on).

This was a lot of fun and several folks got a chance to play with the Atlas stones for the first time. Woo hoo for learning!
