Sunday’s Evil + Monday’s Hell = OW!

Oof. I don’t know about the rest of you who came on Sunday but I am pretty certain I won’t be walking a lot today (time for Maureen to step up and walk the dogs for me all day!). Two great WODs back-to-back … SWEET!

Warm Up:
2x
5 Pull Ups
5 Push Ups
10 Sit Ups
10 Jumping Squats*

Then …
50 Single Jump Ropes or 25 Double Unders
10 Squats with the PVC pipe on your spine

Mobility:
PNF Hamstring
Shoulders on bands
Pain ball vs. hamstrings and calves

MetCon:
15-10-5
Squats 225 lb./135 lb.
Big-Ass Box Jumps 36″+/30″

Result:
Legs finished

*Please be sure to thank Ms. Hart for making a snarky anti-squat comment while I wrote out the warm up … these WERE squats but then I decided to punish her and make them jumping squats … heh, heh … evilness ;)!
