Sweet, sore, Hammies

We should have found our posterior chain today with good mornings and Romanian deadlifts.  Form was our foremost objective today as we moved slowly through each of the exercises.

10×3 good morning. Five count descent, one count pause, stand tall. 

5×3 Romanian deadlift. 

It looks like snow this weekend, so get out and make the most of our mountains.  Will see you on Sunday.
