Tabata Who?

It feels like forever and a day since we last did a Tabata … and I’ve completely forgotten how fun they are!

Quick Reminder: It’s Spring Break week and we have a revised schedule. Please check the Spring Break week post and/or the whiteboard at the box.

Warm Up:
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats
40 Single Jump Ropes

Mobility:
PNF Hamstring
Hip Flexor

Max Effort:
Hang Power Snatch
2-2-2-1-1-1
You should be a little “uncomfortable” with the weight (i.e., GO HEAVY).

6:00 AM MetCon:
Tabata
Pull Ups
Sit Ups
Squats

8:15 AM MetCon*:
Tabata
Coffee Shots
Donuts
Foam Rolling

*We had to a different MetCon at 8:15 because all you sissy-ass, babies at 6:00 AM, what with your “look at me, I got up early” attitude, can’t hang with us 8:15, more well-rested bad-asses. The Donut section was hard after all the coffee shots.

And, I don’t like to do this, but have to. I am afraid I must publicly shame Kim and Ruth. Those lazy ladies wanted to change Foam Rolling to Naps. I mean, come on! It’s freaking CrossFit. Suck it up and go after that foam rolling ladies :).

It’s gorgeous out there today, folks. Get your butts out there and use some of that awesome fitness and have fun. Some of us have to sit at a computer … so get a little extra for us!
