300 Double Unders
12 Stone to Shoulders (115 lb./72 lb.)
125 Burpees
12 Stone to Shoulders (115 lb./72 lb.)
125 Pull Ups
12 Stone to Shoulders (115 lb./72 lb.)
125 Deadlifts (135 lb./95 lb.)
Then … an impromptu round of Clean & Jerks with several of us hitting PRs in the process!
