Pain ball vs. shoulder
Pain ball vs. feet

6 Ball Slams 30 lb./20 lb.
6 Russian Kettle Bell Swings 2 pood/1.5 pood
6 Goblet Squats 2 pood/1.5 pood
6 Thrusters 95 lb./65 lb.
6 Box Jumps 36”/30”
