The First!

The first workout if the new year. These brave souls risked…something…to be here. And they made it to the finish line it was the first day of our 20 workouts during January. The list will be by the whiteboard tomorrow. Write it down.

Earn the recognition and win the prize. Who will be the king or queen of the gym for having the most workouts? Place your bets now.

    I’m almost back! I promise! Silly work is interfering with my gym schedule. Oh well. At least I’m spending every day outside in the mountains and the snow! And I am sneaking in at least a couple laps in the ice park in the afternoon!

    Sorry I missed it. Looks like fun. I managed to get some surfing in though. Yes Parker, I know how to surf. Even graduated from the beginner board.
