The great shoe debate

Mobility: Shoulders.  Kettlebell while laying flat on your back, scapula mobility.

Benchpress 3/3/3 @ 70%, 80%, 90%.

Then: 10 minute AMRAP

5 HSPU, 15 sit ups, 15 ring rows

Many folks are travelling this week.  Our schedule is slightly modified around the holiday.  Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, we will have one workout at 9am.  Friday we will have the morning classes at 6am and 8:15, but not the evening class.  Hope this works for everyone so you can work hard and eat hard.
