The last few days

So here we are, a few last days prior to our schedule changing for the next phase of the year. School begins Monday and that will bring a transition for some of us who teach, and a slowing for those of us who rely on the visitors to town as the tourism numbers shift to a different volume.

So take this time and get focused on your new schedule, but also give some time to your health and fitness goals. If you haven’t given any thought to the next few months, take a few minutes and think about where you want to be at this time next year. It won’t hurt, but it is a useful mental exercise and will help you get somewhere you’ve never been, or it may help you get back to a place you think about.
