Another super-fun Sunday down at the box for those with working lower extremities. Alan came up with a really fun Partner WOD combing everyone’s favorite movement combo: Box Jumps and Squats. There was some great energy throughout the WOD from all teams!
7 Squats (low- or hi-bar)@ 135 lb./95 lb.
12 Box Jumps 30″/26″/24″/20″
One partner is on squats while the other is on Box Jumps. The goal is to move at the same pace (read: fast and furious) and be able to switch movements right as each partner completes their reps.
