Yep. Thrusters! If you got snowed in today and missed class, you’d better be sure to thank your god(s) for sparing you 150 Thrusters.

For those that braved the elements and the WOD, well done! It was a hard one but well worth the effort … once you were done.

1500 Sit Ups (thanks a lot, Barb)
10 Push Ups

As a group:
Squats with PVC on spine
Thruster practice with the PVC

Mobility:
PNF Hamstring
Calves on wall

WOD:
Not for time but try for unbroken
50 Thrusters 65 lb./45 lb.
40 Thrusters 70 lb./50 lb.
30 Thrusters 75 lb./55 lb.
20 Thrusters 85 lb./60 lb.
10 Thrusters 95 lb./65 lb.

POST-HOLIDAY FOOD CHALLENGE
After the holiday pig-out (at least for me), it’s time to detox. Starting on January 6th, we will embark on another food challenge at Hypoxia. Check the details on the back wall’s whiteboard … and sign up if you’re down with the plan!

    I had to trade WOD for sleep, unfortunately. Or fortunately. Confused on what the workout actually was…. Never the less, great job to Kim and Chris for making the leader board.
