Thrusters Suck … But …

No, they suck. There’s really no way around it BUT, I watched a lil’ video today that gave two really good queues on the thruster and thought I’d share:

Penalty: 50 squats per round missed

*At 3 minutes into the 4 minute round, note how many burpees you got. At 2 minutes into the 3 minute round, note how many burpees you got. At 1 minutes into the 2 minute round, note how many burpees you got.

You MUST match the number you wrote down in the subsequent round. So, let’s say you had 50 burpees done at the 3 minute mark of the 4 minute round. This means that in the 3 minute round you must get at least 50 burpees. And so on … failure to do so means the penalty!
