12 Burpee box jumps
Rest 1:1

After the last rest, do 36 pull ups and 36 ring dips, or 12 muscle ups.

Once again, thanks to everyone who did the Games workout on Sunday, and a special thanks to those who came out to cheer, count, and judge those doing the workout. We have a great team here, and we need to simply say thanks, every now and again.

Just a few more days and we’ll be getting some more CrossFit Games workouts with everyone around the world. Woohoo!
