Today and the Holiday

First, the upcoming schedule changes. No Sunday in the Park, and no Monday classes. It’s Labor Day weekend, so get out there and have some fun with your other friends and your families. Just make sure and do something fun.

It has been pretty fun this week and today we mix it up a bit with some “get strong” stuff.

Press 60 reps at 50%
50 double unders
Weighted pull ups, 5×5
50 double unders
Romanian deadlift, 5×5
50 double unders

The work today is work for form, not for time. Focus on making every rep as good as possible. If one goes weird, make the next one better. Remember the progression for us is always, form, weight, speed. Don’t confuse the order of importance.
