We have some awfully tough people in our ranks and we’re glad for every one of you.

A word in closing. One rep max day is not always PR day, and that’s okay. As long as you are diligent in your training and your effort, you are on the correct path. Some days are better than others so don’t sweat it if you don’t kill it every single attempt. Keep striving toward greatness and enjoy the journey.
