Craig

At Hypoxia, we get by with a little help from our friends … or we just make them do the work for us!

About Craig
I began CrossFitting in November of 2010 at our very own Hypoxia Gym. Before CrossFit, I excelled at eating donuts, Kit Kats, Snickers, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and, of course, Paleo Peeps. Yep, I was a bastion of good living. Every now and then I would head down to our local “gym” (above the pool) to try and get healthy. That never worked for me. I quickly got bored with the routine and lack of energy and excitement I felt at those types of gyms.

Despite my winning ways vis-a-vis health and exercise, I decided to try CrossFit at the urging of a friend. After my first week, I was hooked.  But my love for CrossFit is much more than the workouts and good, healthy living. It’s the (read: our) community that really keeps me coming back time and again. I absolutely love our group and think we have one of the best boxes in the country.

I’m very excited to be coaching and annoying you all with my silly posts on the site.
