We have Aerial Silks class through Weehawkin at the gym and Kendra is one of the instructors. If you haven’t tried it…wait for it…you should. Always try new things.

One of the concepts we embrace as CrossFitters is trying new things and if you can fit it into your schedule, you should come on by and give this a whirl because it’s super fun. And even if you are not as graceful as you envision, you get to to giggle with all of us as we try new things.image1-5
