Today’s goal was to stay steady during the entire workout and be consistent with pace. We have done this type of workout before and, for many of us, out first instinct is to crush the workout. Invariably, this leads to a falling apart of form and the workout crushing us. So, if you didn’t like the consistency of today, try it differently next time. Your results may surprise you.
