This is variation of a workout I saw from the original crew at CrossFit HQ when the original gym was in Santa Cruz. I hated it then and I love it now. Unlike Fran…I hate her.

And then in our evening Training Camp

1×5 @ 60%
1×3 @ 70%
6×6 @ 80%

That’s right, 36 reps at 80% of your 1 rep max. We missed a few, almost passed out, grunted, farted, and we squatted. A lot. Great energy in the gym tonight for some serious work.
