We had a great turnout and a blast this morning with the Turkey WOD.

13 Gobbler Squats (1.5 pood/1 pood)

Wishing you all a safe and wonderful holiday weekend. If I don’t see you tomorrow at 9 for a post-Thanksgiving, holy shit I ate a lot of freaking food yesterday workout, I look forward to seeing you all next week!
