Yes, dammit. Push Ups then burpees!
Actually, as the 8:15 learned, it’s not so bad when they’re back-to-back. The key is to snake up from the bottom of the burpee and not try to do a plank push up from the bottom of the burpee. See how tricky we coaches are?
