Weekend Update for 14.2 and an Apology

Ugh. So, I suck. More than usual. In fact, I’ve already dropped myself in the coaches ranking from #6 to #7.

Why do I suck more than usual? 
Because I was, unbeknownst to myself, scheduled to coach at 6 AM. I did not realize this until 6:20 and was way late. I am VERY sorry … totally my bad (obviously). A big thanks to Aimee and Lindsay for bailing my sorry ass out.

DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME THIS WEEKEND!
That means on Saturday night/Sunday morning the clocks go forward (boooooooo) an hour.

CrossFit Open 14.2
14.2 is Sunday at 9 AM at the gym.

3 Minutes to Complete (minutes 0:00 – 3:00)
2 rounds
10 Overhead Squats 95 lb./65 lb.
10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

If you complete those two rounds prior to the 3 minutes passing, you get to keep going … BUT …

3 Minutes to Complete (minutes 3:00 – 6:00)
2 rounds
12 Overhead Squats 95 lb./65 lb.
12 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

If you complete those two rounds prior to the 3 minutes passing, you get to keep going … BUT …

3 Minutes to Complete (minutes 6:00 – 9:00)
2 rounds
14 Overhead Squats 95 lb./65 lb.
14 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

And so on, adding 2 reps every 3 minutes until you can no longer complete the required rounds/reps within the 3 minutes.

FUN … maybe … probably not … definitely not … great, now my ICB just acted up.
