That’s what we do on Wednesday mornings at 6:00, now and through the winter.

What you missed today was a group warm up, some technique practice on the Jerk, and then some Jerk practice.

Group warm up
PVC press in front of the neck and behind the neck

3×3 squat and then press behind the neck
3×3 clean pull unders
3×3 1 hang clean high pull + 1 hang squat clean

Then:
Jerk foot drill

Then:
Jerk at 80%-ish, 1 x 8
Jerk behind the neck, 1 x 4
