Weightlifting

Our goal this month with our lifting program is athleticism. The power clean and power snatch are great lifts that help us get in tune with greater hip speed and opening and full body connectivity. Along with gymnastics, the Olympic lifts help us become better athletes by working on our coordination, strength, balance, and speed, among other desirable skills.
