Why do less, when you can do more?

A sentiment, and a workout from our friend Mike, CrossFit 324.

Five rounds:

5 squat clean 155#/115

5 pull ups

5 ring dips.

Several in our ranks miscalculated and did prescribed weight.  Nice job ladies.  No calculator required.

And fella’s, these guns are NOT just for show.  Please note the confident smiles.  It was awesome to watch today.  It’s good to be strong.
