Yeah Burpees!

Workout 12.1 of the CrossFit Open has been announced.  7 minute AMRAP of BURPEES! Yep, you read that right.  Burpees!  Perhaps the most perfectly heinous exercise on the planet!  We will be doing it together on Sunday at 9:00.  See you there.
