Yoga? Yep. Stupid Freaking Yoga
For those who might not have noticed the sign that has been up next to the whiteboard for the last few weeks, Maureen (a.k.a. Her Grace) started her summer yoga series for us today. And Her Grace was in full form.

The series, which centers around Sun Salutations (and related poses), runs twice a month for June, July and August. The June dates are the 11th (today) and the 25th.
You can join any time and pay the $10 drop-in fee (this is an extra class and is not part of our standard Hypoxia fees, etc.) but if you think you might want to come to the remaining 5 classes, there is still time to get the discounted rate.
