First, death by burpees for 12 minutes, and on the 13th minute, do as many burpees as possible.

Rest three minutes.

Then:

Deadlift 225/135
Pull ups

Then:
8 minutes of abdominal love.

We hated it all. And if you didn’t make it today, well, you should make it next week…or else.
