Here we are. It seems very recent that it was the new year and now this one is almost half done, which means we have half of the year left…now that is exciting. You’ll notice some more changes in our workouts as we have been focusing on a different skill each month.

And this month? Well, we will be ramping up the reps on the big lifts with the goal of helping our durability as we live outside the gym. Get you some. Then go again.

The workouts will be a bit shorter this week as we scale back from the previous month in order that we can recover a bit for our next bit of work. Use your time at the gym wisely.
